At Track Volleyball we are committed to your privacy, and we comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations, including the new General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679). This Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”) of Track Volleyball sets forth our policies with respect to information including personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) and any other information generated while using the services rendered by Track Volleyball (“Services”). This Privacy Notice is incorporated into and is subject to Track Volleyball’s Terms of Use (“Terms”). All capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined in this Privacy Notice shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms.

While signing up on to Track Volleyball (whether at our Website or by downloading our mobile application) we collect personal information from our Users such as (but not limited to): name, date of birth, a valid e-mail address, mobile phone number, gender and whether the User is right or left handed.
When users use our services (“Users”) and visit our Website, we automatically collect some non-personally identifiable “computer” information, such as the type of computer operating system, the User’s “IP Address”, the web browser being used, information collected through the use of cookies and information regarding the internet service provider (“Computer Information”).
The data collection taking place on a Track Court is managed and controlled by the Track Court operator. Track Volleyball is only the processor of the data that the Track Court operator or club passes on to Track Volleyball.
Each club and/or Track Court operator shall be responsible to inform its players, members (or any other persons) and if necessary, to obtain their consent to be recorded and to stream the live video on the internet.
Track Volleyball shall assume no responsibility whatsoever for any players, members (or any other persons) who were recorded (including video and audio) by the Track Court (or by any other device) without their consent and/or without being informed by the club. The Users are aware that the clubs may stream the video recorded at their website (or at any other website) under the club’s discretion. Volleyball shall assume no responsibility for such streaming and the club will be fully responsible for all the content included in this live streaming.
While playing on a Track Court, the Users acknowledge and consent that all the player’s performance (including video from the Track Court, video uploaded via Track Volleyball mobile application, audio, all statistics, etc.) (collectively: “Player’s Performance”) will be automatically recorded and uploaded to the relevant User’s account.
Track Volleyball may also provide streaming services that Users can stream from their mobile phones, and each User using such mobile streaming services shall assume sole and full responsibility for using the mobile streaming services through the User’s mobile phone. Track Volleyball shall assume no responsibility whatsoever for any person/s who were filmed or recorded by the mobile streaming services and their video was streamed without their consent and/or without being informed by the User. The User will have full responsibility for all the content included in the live streaming from his/her mobile phone.
The Users will have the option to share their Player’s Performance with their coaches, friends, family and others through the internet. By sharing Player’s Performance through the internet, the Users shall be responsible to obtain the consent of all other relevant players in the video and Track Volleyball shall not be responsible for such sharing.
Our Website may contain links to other sites, including those of sponsors, advertisers and survey companies. Users should consult the other sites’ privacy notices as our Privacy Notice does not cover those sites.
Our Website may contain a software technology called “cookies”, which are small text files placed in Users’ computer browsers to store their preferences. Cookies, by themselves, do not provide your e-mail address or other personally identifiable information unless you choose to provide this information by, for example, registering on our Website.
We may also use small pieces of code called “web beacons” or “clear gifs” to collect anonymous and aggregated advertising metrics, such as counting page views, promotion views, or advertising responses. These “web beacons” may be used to deliver cookies that conform to our cookie policy.
You may adjust your browser to reject cookies from any website. Certain areas of our Website can only be accessed in conjunction with cookies or similar devices and you should be aware that disabling cookies or similar devices might prevent you from accessing some of our content.
The Services are intended for Users, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
We will not share any Personal Information and/or Player’s Performance without the relevant User’s specific consent. Track Volleyball may present top personal records on Track Volleyball’s leader boards at clubs and on-line, unless the User chooses in his/her profile that Track Volleyball shall not disclose such information.
Track Volleyball may use aggregated information for anonymous statistics and analysis purposes. We also may use Users and Computer Information to track usage, improve the design of our Website, offer products and services, personalize our Users’ experience and save your password in password-protected areas.
Track Volleyball does not carry out automated decision making or profiling that might affect you using your personal data.
You acknowledge that we may access, preserve, and/or disclose your Personal Information, Computer Information, or other information and/or content to a law enforcement agency or another third party if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access, preservation, or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce our Terms of Use; (c) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties; (d) respond to your requests for customer service; or (e) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the owners of the Website, the Users and the public.
Your data is stored and processed on a cloud services called Amazon Web Services, Linode, PaperSpace. Servers locations: Frankfurt, Amsterdam for EU users; US for US users. Our contractual agreements and use of their services ensure that we are able to ensure the safety of your data to the best possible extent and that we are able to enable your rights over your information.
We keep User’s personal data for up to five (5) years from the data of his/her last activity, as long as we are not required by other obligations at law to keep such data.
Records of transactions will be kept for up to five (5) years after they have been carried out to comply with the company’s obligations for tax and other relevant legislation.
The security of your Personal Information is important to us. Although we cannot fully guarantee the security or confidentiality of all the information provided to us, we make all efforts to have in place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access and maintain data security information.
All financial information shall be collected and processed via a third party. Such financial information will be encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Furthermore, our payments processing vendor shall maintain the confidentiality, security and integrity of the personal and financial information it obtains from our Website and will use this information only on our behalf.
